During this time, essential technical services and routine support work will still be available. However, major changes and project work will be on hold. Please refer to the information below for more accurate dates and times.

Project Work

• Project requests have been halted starting today, Monday, 16^th December 2024.
• Project requests resume on Monday, 13^th January 2025.

 

Support Team

• Holiday operating hours are 08:00 – 17:00 and start from this Thursday, 19^th December 2024.
• Regular hours resume on Monday, 20^th January 2025.
• Urgent after-hours assistance remains available and will be charged accordingly.

 

Maintenance Visits

• Visits scheduled between Friday, 20^th December 2024, and Monday, 6^th January 2025, will consolidate with February maintenance visits.
• Exceptions apply to pre-arranged visits.
• Our helpdesk remains available for urgent assistance.

 

Sales Team

• Reduced capacity from Monday, 23^rd December 2024.
• Regular operations resume on Monday, 6^th January 2025.
