Project Work
- Project requests have been halted starting today, Monday, 16th December 2024.
- Project requests resume on Monday, 13th January 2025.
Support Team
- Holiday operating hours are 08:00 – 17:00 and start from this Thursday, 19th December 2024.
- Regular hours resume on Monday, 20th January 2025.
- Urgent after-hours assistance remains available and will be charged accordingly.
Maintenance Visits
- Visits scheduled between Friday, 20th December 2024, and Monday, 6th January 2025, will consolidate with February maintenance visits.
- Exceptions apply to pre-arranged visits.
- Our helpdesk remains available for urgent assistance.
Sales Team
- Reduced capacity from Monday, 23rd December 2024.
- Regular operations resume on Monday, 6th January 2025.
