Please refer to the following notes for more information on each part of the process.

1. If your device is under 2 years old:

• • Free upgrade if device meets system requirements.
  • Standard hours service included under Managed Services agreement.
  • After-hours fees may apply.

2. If your device is 2-4 years old:

• • Requires compatibility verification.
  • Discounted upgrade fees may apply.
  • After hours fees apply.

3. If your device is over 4 Years Old:
   • Device is not eligible for upgrade.
   • Hardware upgrade recommended.
4. High-Impact Machines

• • Mandatory workstation backup required before upgrade.
  • Full system protection and quick recovery options available.
  • Extra fees apply.

5. Standard Machines
   • Utilises Windows 11’s built-in rollback feature.
     This allows for a 10-day rollback window after which the old Windows 10 folder will be deleted to save disk space.
6. Terms & Conditions
   • Assumes work is undertaken during our normal business hours utilising our upgrade process.
   • Installation requiring additional technical resources is not covered under this arrangement and may attract installation charges.
   • Work outside of these hours will attract over-time charges at our normal over-time hourly rates.
   • High impact machines will require our Think Assured Data Protection software to be installed. This is charged to you on an agent / storage basis, and will continue to be billed to you until you cancel.
   • Non-compliant machines will attract installation charges.
   • Non-Think Assured Managed Services customers will be charged out at our normal hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
